What Does Single Origin Mean?

Single-origin coffee is the term for coffee beans grown, produced, and sourced within a single geographic region,  typically in reference to a single farm. Single-origins Coffees offer a means to curate a specific taste often found desirable to coffee consumers.

How Do I Choose My Roast?

Our team has spent a lot of time developing roast profiles for the Origins we currently have to offer. Along with that we endeavor to describe our perception of the cup to best help you in your selection.

What is the difference between Light, Medium and Dark?

Our Coffee is meticulously designed to produce a desirable cup of coffee. We specifically design a roast profile favorable for all pallets. In order to best facilitate the education of our products, each specific Origin has a full-featured paged on each specific roast profile.

What If I Would Like My Own Blend?

Currently creating your own blend is not available online for individuals. Businesses can reach out to our support team to create a custom blend for your business. For individuals who wish to create their own special blend feel free to come into our Downtown Hunstville Al, location and we will happily help you select the perfect beans to wake you up in the morning.

Shopping Information

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer flat rate shipping with a 48hr maximum processesing time. In the Local Huntsville and sorounding area all packages should expect delivery within 1-3 business days. Shipping updates are provided through USPS and included in your confirmation email. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In the local Huntsville and surrounding aread shipments arrive within 1-3 days. Depending on distance from Huntsville, Alabama, shipments may take longer. We process and ship orders with in 48 hours of payment.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We don not ship internationally. Currently, we only support shipments to the lower United States. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have more questions or are interested in bulk order shipments internationally arrangments can be made. please contact our support team.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer 1-3 day shipments through USPS expidited shipments. We currently charge a $3 flatrate shipping fee to pass the savings on if you make larger orders.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We securely accept all major credit card payments online through PayPal. To use your credit card without a PayPal account, select the pay with card option below you prompt to log in. If you have any problems or would like to pay over the phone please use our contact information.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, select the items you want and add them to cart. In the main menu select your shopping cart, From here you can choose to view the items you have selected where you can edit quantities or add a coupon. Once you select the proceed to checkout button underneath your cart total, you will be asked to provide your customer details or log into your account if you do not have an account you can create one for easier payments in the future. After your information is correct, click proceed to PayPal, You will be asked to enter your card information or sign in to your PayPal account. make sure your information is correct and submit the payment by clicking Pay Now at the bottom.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to order. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal guaranteed secure payments. You can create an account with Northside Coffee to assist in easier and faster orders in the future.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

If you have any questions about the products or special requests, please visit our contact page to choose your preferred method of contact. We will do our best to ensure your questions are satisfied.

Can I edit or change My Order?

Orders can only be edited or canceled before an item is shipped. As we do not offer refunds on products after they are shipped there is no way to alter the order afterward. Please be careful to fill out the correct information while ordering, if you need immediate assistance, please use the contact information to speak to our customer service team.

How Do I Track My Order?

Our packages are shipped using USPS expedited shipping. We will provide your shipping information in the confirmation email you receive after your payment has been processed. Please allow 48 hrs for processes and 1-3 business days for shipping, more if located a greater distance from Huntsville.

How Can I Return a Product?

Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns. If you have an issue with the product or there is a defect in the product please contact out support team for immediate resolution.
